This site is informational. There is no account system, no login, and no customer portal. Contact happens by email (mailto) using the address configured for Diraya.

What we collect

• Email you send us. If you email a diagnostic or pack request, we receive whatever you put in that message (and your email address). We use it only to reply and discuss work.
• Language preference. The EN|AR toggle may store diraya-lang in your browser’s localStorage. That stays on your device; we do not receive it on a Diraya server.

What we do not run (today)

• No first-party analytics product on this site.
• No advertising or remarketing pixels that we control.
• No cookie banner theater — we do not set tracking cookies for marketing.

The site may use a third-party smooth-scroll script (Lenis) loaded from a CDN. That is a front-end library, not Diraya analytics. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages / CDN) may process standard technical logs (IP, user-agent, request path) as part of delivering the site — that is infrastructure, not a Diraya marketing profile.

Downloads

Sample JSON downloads are static files. Downloading them does not create an account. Any server access log for that request is subject to the host’s normal operations.
