These terms cover use of the Diraya public website (including sample files and mailto contact). They are not a data-license agreement for production packs. Pack delivery terms are set in a separate engagement or order.

The site

Content is provided for information about Diraya’s Formal Modern Standard Arabic preference and evaluation data, diagnostics, and related services. We may update or correct pages without notice.

No warranties on public samples

Sample preference rows and downloadable JSON are illustrative. They are not a warranty of fitness for a particular training run, nor a commitment to inventory size, delivery schedule, or domain coverage beyond what an engagement specifies.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with Diraya.
• Do not use site content to claim PhD/Dr. credentials for reviewers unless those titles are held and stated by Diraya in writing.

Coming-next domains

Roadmap items (including dialects, Islamic Fiqh/Fatwa, and GCC legal) are not sold as live products on this site. Fiqh/Fatwa work requires Sharia co-audit (or an explicit madhhab and jurisdiction disclaimer) before any enterprise claim.

Diraya is based in the UAE. These website terms are a short public notice, not a full commercial contract. If they conflict with a signed engagement, the signed engagement controls for that work.
